How to Plan & Book with Ease

We’re excited to share early visibility into the flow of our October BOLD retreat at Canyon Ranch Lenox so you can book services confidently—without overbooking or missing anything important. More details will be released weekly as plans finalize.

🧭 Best-Practice Travel Plan

• Arrive in Lenox, MA:  Wednesday, September 30
• Wednesday Night: Plan to stay off property
  (You’re welcome to add a Wednesday night at Canyon Ranch if you’d like an extended personal stay.)
• Ideally plan to be on property at Canyon Ranch Thursday morning, October 1 through Saturday afternoon, October 3 (depart as late as possible on Saturday to maximize your experience - nearly three full days on property.)

🗓️ Retreat Anchor Points (Please Book Around These)
These are the primary group gatherings to protect when booking services:

Thursday, October 1

• Arrivals begin: As early as 8:00 a.m.
• ~6:00 p.m. – Group Dinner
• Evening: Group activity to follow dinner
  Note: This dinner is the one “must-protect” item on Thursday. The rest is TRULY optional.

Friday, October 2

• 8:00 a.m. – Group Breakfast
• 6:00 p.m. – Group Dinner
• Evening: Fireside Chat

Saturday, October 3

• 8:00 a.m. – Farewell Group Breakfast (till about 9:30)
  You may remain on property and use facilities until 5:00 p.m., even after checkout.

Reservations

⚠️ Important Booking Notice
We’ve learned that another large event will be taking place on the property during our stay, so accommodations are expected to fill up quickly. Reserving your room now is the best way to ensure you can stay on-site with the group.

✅ How to make your reservation:
Canyon Ranch does not have an on-line booking option. Because of this, it is important we have accurate information in our RSVP spreadsheet. We will submit this to Canyon Ranch, and they will reach out to you directly to collect your deposit/confirm your room.

• Nightly rate: $1,135 per night (includes a $200 per person per night resort credit) 
• A $900 deposit is charged when you book - your room is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
• Remaining balance + any spa/services are settled at checkout 

• Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of arrival; deposits are refunded.
• Cancellations received 8 to 29 days in advance of arrival; deposits will be held one year for a future stay at Canyon Ranch Lenox.
• Cancellations received 7 days or less in advance of arrival, deposits are forfeited.
