Hi, I’m Cherylanne Skolnicki

For years, I looked successful on the outside and felt stretched thin on the inside. First I was leading billion dollar brand at a Fortune 500, then  I was building a business. Alongside both, I raising a family, and doing what capable women do best: figuring it out and carrying on.

But the pace I was living at came with a cost. My weeks were full, my standards were high, and my energy was constantly being spent reacting instead of choosing. I wasn’t failing, but I also wasn’t living in alignment with what mattered most. That realization changed everything.

Through my work as a coach, speaker, and the founder of Brilliant Balance, I’ve spent the last decade helping high-achieving women rethink how they run their lives. Not by doing less for the sake of it, but by making clearer, braver choices about where their time and energy go.
